Despos, you are really missing out. If you ever get the urge to try some offal, then go to Riccardo Trattoria or The Hopleaf. The sweetbreads at both places are great, and I don't think you'll be disappointed, even as a non-offal guy. There are very few ways that are better to judge a chef's greatness by than how they treat offal or braises.

Aren't sweetbreads a gland? I am not really sure. I may try them, not sure where or when but I am a little curious.
My wife eats kidney's when she finds them on a menu. She is more adventurous than me.
