Am about to embark on commissioning a new suit, and I would really appreciate any recommendations anyone can offer for a quality plaid fabric. I'm thinking: - 9-12 ounces weight - grey/black or white/black with the overall 'colour effect' being one of dark grey or charcoal, no tan - the plaid pattern must be discreet, and not 'pop' - in other words, noticeable only when you are 2-3m from me - I do not mind a thin blue overcheck, but it has to be discreet! Or, in other words, something like this:

So... Can anyone recommend an English fabric? Thanks!
