I need some advice on this work out. At the start of april i will be going to florida , and im trying to get some tone for the chica's. I am not new to excerising i have a athletic build.

Mon
3mile run
Arms- 3 sets of 10 medium weight.

Tues
3mile run
Chest/ Upper back - 3sets of 10

Wens
3mile run
Abs/Lower back- 3sets of 10

Thurs
1 mile warm up
Light leg lifting - 3sets of 10

Fri
OFF

Sat
Light jog 2mile

Sun
Light jog 2 mile
Abs

For the abs i try to stick to around 200-300 crunches. Im just curious if this will burn me out quickly or what..

If you're not new to exercising you should know best if this will burn you out. I would advise you to lift more. Your diet should also be looked at if you're looking to make some changes to your body.

You need at least 500 grams of ultrafiltered whey protein every day.

Im guessing the lifting should be done before running? But prior to lifting do a warm up jog...

If you want to be 'toned' then you should be thinking more about changing your diet and lifting heavy weights.

A good way to maximize your exercise time is to do compound exercises (squats, deadlifts, pullups/chinups) and supplement that with a little bit of "cardio" afterwards. Worked for me.

I think you should add some variety. That's a whole lotta running. What about cycling/swimming/rowing...anything
