Comment/critique on suit jacket fit

Hello everyone, I recently bought a suit at a decent price. I wanted a jacket that could also look good with jeans, however sometimes I feel like it fits just perfect, while sometimes it seems too snug. I don't mind the puckering around the button, and while I'm unsure about fit of the shoulders, the back does look OK, with no puckering between the shoulders. Since last time I bought a suit (when I had absolutely no idea what to look for) I got a 38, and the tailor I took it to referred to it as "humongous", I got a 36, since 37s were not available. Your comments and critiques will be sincerely appreciated, as well as any tailoring suggestions if that were the case. Sorry for the awful pic quality, but right now I only have a webcam.

Looks fine.

And if you're wearing it with denim, who cares about a bit of puckering, would look odd to have too clean a shape jacket w/ jeans anyway.

The sleeves are a bit uneven, but that has come to be usualy for most suit critiques on here.

back needs some help, that'll also taper it a bit more and have it look much better with the slim jeans.
