Combining a navy blazer with grey pants

Hello, I would like to ask for your thoughts on color options for a turtleneck merino sweater, when wearing with a navy blazer and grey wool pants.

I could see a range of colors working. I’d avoid gray but otherwise you could even do navy (not my preferred) or light blue, olive/green, reds or even shades of brown.

A nice pocket square to complement your color selections would round it out.

Navy blazer + grey pants are a great blank canvas. greens, browns, burgundies, cream/off-white, some oranges, maybe even purples... Good things are going to happen.

First thing that came to mind was cream or slightly off-white.
I have worked these colours into previous outfit combinations many times and it's always a tasteful palette.
