I am considering commisioning some garments -- if anyone has any recommendations for tailors, particularly those who specialize in creating a dramatic silhouette, please let me know.

Thanks.

I would be equally interested in anyones experiences or recommendations about Columbus, OH area tailors. I have resided here for a short time and have not had the opportunity to do much research into this subject.

For alterations on shirts, I've been happy with the Tailor's Den on East Main Street in Bexley.

Bump for relevance. I just bought an unfinished Dolce & Gabbana houndstooth jacket with lots of odd little details (not a fan typically, but I like this piece quite a bit). Anyone have recommendations for tailors, or the best way to locate quality tailors?

Less than two hours southwest of you in the NE Cincinnati suburb of Madeira is (as far as I can tell) an absolute top-flight tailor/clothier named Romauldo. Sells elite-quality RTW clothing, as well as MTM (and also bespoke, I believe). It's really not that far away, and could be worth a look-see if you end up not being pleased with your choices in Columbus.

Hey Andy.

Thanks for the information, wvu. I'll be taking a look into that.
