Looks burgundy to me. There are plenty of ties in that color on eBay.

Everyone computer screen might show a different hue. My guess is plum or violet, royal purple, for the first picture. Burgundy for the second pic.

x2. You can wear your tie loose when it's 3AM and you've been up all night preparing for some important business deal the next morning. You can also wear it loose when you're in the strip club at 3AM. That's it.
