What color buttons would you put on a navy blue suit?

Black?
Navy? (Can you get navy buttons in horn, or just plastic?)
Brown?

Black or dark brown. Why do you even have to ask?

Because I don't like those options. Blue would be better, if blue horn buttons existed. That way you could go comfortably with black or brown shoes.

I chose very dark grey (just off-black) horn buttons with the last solid navy suit I got. They acquire a few highlights from wear over time. That suit is now a couple of years old and the buttons are starting to show this effect. I think it's quite a nice subtle effect.

Yes, I think it would be possible to get blue horn buttons.

IMO, brownhorn buttons would
look better, but since you are asking about a bespoke suit, I would advise you to get whatever color buttons you want.

I'd go for a silverish dark blue mother of pearl.

I'd get a nice dark brown horn, with a marbling effect. I don't think there would be pure horn navy buttons. They crush some other material and mix it in to give the navy color.
