Thanks; guess I could have included a bit more information. They are 12" long. I wear a size 8.5 and these are at last two sizes too big. I was hoping that someone could make sense of this code that they use; I have found in the past that there is always someone on this site that can answer the most obscure questions. Lots of people with a ton of knowledge on this site.

The last #'s etc I've seen in those and the past (and I'm no expert) usually have the size last; making me wondering if they are 11.5's...
