Her: Blah blah blah...this person doesn't know what they're doing, why do I have to be bothered, etc

Me: (After just being tubed 1 kill away from a killstreak award) - - Mruah....that's fucked up, I can't believe that....(this works well because it seems like I'm still listening, when in fact I'm not.)

EDIT: She really can't tell when I've been killed.

i can relate - this is how most conversations with my wife go. i also throw in:

"what the **** are they thinking?"
"what is wrong with those people?"
"how do you work with them?"

every once in a while to change things up.
