1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

There are so many bugs and exploits on CoD 5 I think I may stop playing until they get everything squared away. It's becoming a joke at this point.

Impossible. I've tried, but I'm addicted. I've looked over at the clock and hours have passed while I been playing and it feels like 15 minutes.

Tried capture the flag last night. Nice change of pace. They don't play much outside ffa/tdm/domination in Asia [IMG]

Couldnt get much other types of games going.

I'm seriously not too pleased with the fact that there are no dedicated servers. In MW1 I used to play the same HC-TDM server all the time, now I'm loosing at least 30 minutes every night looking for games and sitting through wait times. I also miss the limitations (for example no grenade launcher, no martyrium, ...) that were often used on the servers. I just can't help myself, I hate Steam. And nothing will bring me to play a shooter on anything but my PC.

Over all I think it is a fitting successor for MW1 but the levels didn't really grow on me yet. I second the mentioning of the missing choke points. Especially with 4 vs 4 games it's completely impossible to know from where the enemy is coming because there's basically a bazillion of ways and it actually feels more like a random killing than tactical, compared with CoD4.

I am so happy I have been reunited with my heartbeat sensor. Started off slow last night, but after the silenced m4 + HBS came out the other team got their asses handed to them. Now if only I could carry more ammo without having scavenger pro on I would be a happy man.

Anyone think it would be a good idea to make dedicated gamertag/PSN sharing threads?
