Several months ago I purchased three pairs of new shoes online.
They are an "updated" model of a pair of shoes which I have been wearing
for a decade. Unfortunately, the new model doesn't fit properly. I had thought
that this could be fixed via inserts and/or tongue pads, but to no avail.
I need a cobbler, maybe one that specializes in orthopedic work, who
might be able to help me recover my investment.

Thanks.
