Located in Romania, trying to find a good cobbler that can take care of goodyear welted shoes. Currently I want to install toe plates and replace some soles.
Cobblers that I have visited around and in Timisoara, didn't seem to have the knowledge for this. They can stretch shoes and make small repairs which mainly is gluing the sole.
Appreciate if any of you can indicate a cobbler specialized in goodyear welted shoes. Thank you!
