Hey all,

I generally stick to Casual, Business Casual, and Business styles. For Business I have a Black Wool/Cashmere single breasted overcoat. For Casual I have a brown leather jacket. Business Casual I always wear either a Brown Corduroy or Navy Wool Blazer. It's getting colder here in NY and I can't seem to wear either my jacket or overcoat with my business casual attire.
I was looking into getting a Charcoal coat but not sure what would go well with those two jackets. I wear khakis and jeans so it should also fit with that. I heard of car coats and pea coats and 3/4 coats and am not sure about any of them.

Thanks All

I'm not sure what your question is but there's a great 3/4 length Burberry coat (worn by that Dawson's Creek guy) in the latest GQ.
Something like that should work.
I noticed it at the newstand earlier today (I think Jimmy Kimmel is on the cover).

Yeah, but you could argue this lengthened peacoat variant, is not as well suited for regular buisiness dress of suit and tie compared to other options... Likely better suited to casual, to buisiness casual dress. If you wanted 1 coat to best span all three from suit wearing in the week, and everything to cords during the weekend. It's hard to beat the versatility of a solid wool (or cashmere) single-breasted 3/4 topcoat in charcoal, navy. Camel could possibly would work too, but would stand out a bit more and may make a better 2nd coat color.

Should I be looking for a Pea Coat, Car Coat, or a 3/4 length coat. I'm honestly not sure of the difference.

To add to original, I'm 5'9" 180lbs with light skin and dark brown hair and eyes.

Well bear minimum if you're going to be wearing any kind of suit jacket or blazer you'll want a coat that's longer in length than that to go over top.

Perhaps I misunderstood (very likely) but I thought the OP wanted a business casual suggestion.
