Yup, there are a lot of jackets like this. Not sure what they are called but they have always been one of my favourites. I purchased an HB one this spring (paid too much) and it looks almost identical to that.
Looking on line, this is very close except mine is navy and has a full collar. Might be some kicking around at a discount.
