Hi everyone,

Just a quick one. Im 19 y.o and was wondering what you think about wearing a t-shirt or a collared slim fit shirt to a club. Which do you think looks better for the dancing and girl impressing side of things. Any female input would be awesome.

Cheers

Why do you go to "clubs" if you're 19?

He could be canadian. Legal age in most places is 19, but realistically you can get into clubs starting at age 16 or 17. (Especially in quebec)

Why would you not? Plenty of places have a legal drinking age of 18, over here in particular there are very few people that age who don't go clubbing regularly... The world doesn't revolve around America.

Back to the actual question; It all depends on what type of club it is. Usually a club will have a website. Go to it, check the pictures. Then dress one step up from everyone else.

Right, because me assuming that he lives in the states, a reasonable assumption considering the majority of people here do, I must believe that the world revolves around America.

He's 19, go to house parties while you're young. It's 10x easier to get laid and meet girls at parties when you're that age than it is at a club.

It is far from a reasonable assumption, there's no higher percentage of Americans here than anywhere else on the internet and assuming everyone is American unless told otherwise is just plain ignorant. It wouldn't be so bad if you didn't use the assumption as a base on which to make snarky comments.

Evidently you've never been to a British nightclub (of the type that that age goes to)...

Also, a number of clubs in the US have nights where you can get in at 18.

I'd wear a collared shirt in general, but like someone said, take a look at the club's website. If it's a rock club, a collared shirt might be the wrong choice.
