I have wimpy shoulders but not a wimpy chest and pretty much all shirts fit me well expect that oxford button down that billows out. Looks good with a cardigan on though.

Have you tried the modern slim fit shirts? The arm holes are higher than the slim fits, that's the only difference I found.

Have not tried the modern slim fit shirts yet. Not sure if I will be buying any more of their shirts in the future, due to collar size.

CM has 3 shirt cuts, people should be able to find one that works. Modern slim in large is perfect for me.

Churchill, you are probably better off with something like Brooks Brothers if you want a larger collar. Most of the brands discussed in SWD will have the smaller collar, or a very exaggerated collar that is more than you want (raf).

Fair enough. For casual shirts the collar size doesn't really bother me much since I don't wear ties ever.

You are right. 90% of my sport/dress shirts are Brooks Brothers. I recently bought a Kamakura shirt and like that one a lot, except for its must iron characteristic.

I don't normally wear ties and still prefer the larger collar, different strokes for different folks.

Another question: should I size up for CM suit jacket in the Grant fit?

I normally wear 38S in J.Crew. My experience showed that CM suits are a tad slimmer than J.Crew, but is it worth it to size up to 40S?

It's also something to wear at home, so not sure if it could be considered "fashion" per se. I mean, you can wear any kind of **** at home.

With that price tag $479.00, it's more like something to wear between sex scenes if you're in the porno business!

I found this season's Grant fit is slimmer than years past. I could fit into a 40S from last season but found this year's 40S being too tight. Of course, YMMV.
