Not a bad look. Then again, I am very much a fan of that period of men's dress.

Ignoring the ****** picture, I do like the look of the collar there.

I have one from Press: solid blue oxford, barrel cuff, white club collar. I wear it pinned.

I have been obssessed with club collar. Bought 2 and having a couple made. Im also feeling the pinned look in the RL and Rugby ads. Is it ok to use the clip-on pin? I dont want to put holes in my collar in case i want to wear it open.

Back in the day, the late '50s early to mid '60s it was about as popular as the tab collar
among the Ivy Leaguers and Ivy League wannabees. Button down was first, of course.
This collar was usually pinned. I kind of like it unpinned.

The club collar with the pin, especially on a 3 piece (1967 Thomas Crown or Roger Sterling) looks amazing. That club collar in the link appears to be a spread club collar which seems odd to me. I'd wear the club without a pin but it wouldn't be a spread.

I have about a dozen Club collar shirts - both summer as well as winter weight.
Also, you will not leave a hole in the collar if you pin thru it, the next time it's washed the holes will close up
