Clothing repair in Osaka

It's been a while since I've posted here, but I'm having problems finding information and I figured asking here was worth a shot.

I've got a peacoat I'm quite fond of, and the lining is shredded in several places (Pictures below - it's also got some shredding on the insides of the sleeves).

If I were still living in DC, I'd have no problem figuring out where to take it to get an estimate and maybe get it repaired. Unfortunately, these days I'm living in rural Japan, about three hours south of Osaka.

Osaka, however, is a pretty darned big city. There has GOT to be somewhere trustworthy I can take my coat to. So, first off: Does anyone know of a good tailor I can take this to for repairs? Katsura hardly seems the type of store to repair a peacoat for me.

Second, how much might I expect to pay for repairs like this? Is it worth doing, or should I just suck it up and buy another peacoat?

Best,

BraveMax

Burn it and start again. If it has fallen into such poor repair it must be worn out.

I've used a good repair and alterations shop in Kobe on Center Street (the arcade south of Sannomiya station). It's in the basement under the Junkudo bookstore, next to the Saezeriya. On the same basement floor is a good condom and marital-toys shop, which is a plus. Around the corner on the street level is a very old bespoke suit shop. I can't remember the name, sorry, but they're quite friendly and I think you'll enjoy the shop.

Just to touch on this... Literally the ONLY thing wrong with the coat at this point is the lining. Unless repairing the lining will cost more than buying a new coat, I just can't conscience burning (literally or figuratively) a perfectly serviceable coat...
