Where the label is struck out.

Where do you buy the stuff, how discounted is it? I've never seen any place do that, but I see the stuff online. Just curious.

It's done at many stores (like Century 21) in order to, as they say, not allow returns at the boutiques. There's no way of determining the amount of discount you got because it's struck out. All the struck out labels mean is that they were purchased at a discounter.
