1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

yes, I know this is weird (and early), but hopefully someone can help... I want to be Matt Foley (motivational speaker from SNL) for Halloween, and the major part of the costume is the jacket. He wears a blue and white check sport coat ( http://gonsalves.org/favorite/matt.htm ). Any suggestions about where I can get one relatively cheap?

I would think your best bet would be to go to thrift shops or a costume store. Maybe a JCPenney or Kmart.

Even easier though, I'd say go to EBay.

That style was prevalent in the 70's but you don't really
see a style like that sold any more. It probably came from the
    NBC wardrobe department

You might find something used at the Salvation Army or
    a thrift shop.

Also try, K-Mart, Walmart, Sears and the like

KMart and WalMart don't sell sport coats, though. Definitely check thrift stores and ebay.
