HFW (Hardy and Minnis) is now owned by Americans, but the mills used will still be English. Coincidentally, the new owner is known as HMS, which might also stand for Her Majesty's Ship but the Queen and ships have nothing to do with this take-over.
I don't like lesser at all. Cheap cloth peddled by cheap tailors to improve mark up and profit. Why use £20 a meter cloth on a suit that is made for you. Mohair is great for a dinner suit. Tonik Mohair by Dormeuil is fairly heavy and has a 50's/60's feel a d look while still being relevant.

Please let me know where one can get Lesser cloth for £20 a meter.
Does anybody actually know where Lesser cloth can be had for this price or anywhere near it?
