I went a couple of weeks ago for my first fitting of my cognac Churchills that I commissioned last September. Expected delivery this summer.

I think they run standard, based on my understanding of AS lasts. I have a pair, and the width was in line with us D fitting.

cool, and +1 vs. US, the eBay seller seem to indicate +0.5

Yeah if you zoom in you can tell. Because the lasts and patterns aren’t standard they’re checking to make sure everything lined up properly in the real world once it’s on foot.

The right side of the shoe is wrinkling kind of weird.

It's funny you mentioned that cause I didn't even see it as I was walking around the room and as I was just casually wearing it but did see it in this picture after I took it. Not sure if that was a result of me leaning my body weight for this pic in conjunction with the shoes without soles.

I'm not an expert but I would expect to see a crease where the foot bends and not a wrinkle near the small toe.
