    something like the pj pants probly wouldnt be too hard. just taking in the side seams and possibly lowering the elastic band on the waist. if youre really unsure if youd be able to do it yourself, just take it to a proffessional seamstress. As for jeans, you might be out of luck trying to take them in THAT much. There would just be too much involved... completely redoing the front pockets, cuz otherwise youd lose them, moving the back pockets, trying to redo the stitching along the seam... the stitchin on jeans is done by specialized machines. ​
