In short: local.

I think it is entirely possible to be considered well-dressed and yet maintain a sartorial sensibility that applies more specifically to one's region. There are of course, some standards that must be met--but I kind of like the fact that a well-dressed Brit and a well-dressed Italian probably won't look exactly the same.

(Hilarious t-shirt, BTW, I'm laughing all the way to my gun safe.)
