1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

That's Michael Corleone, not Tony Montana. Tony Montana was a much tackier dresser.

    Great pictures so far!

I'm wondering if anyone has pictures of classic styles that professors, writers, scientists and other thinkers might have worn.

How interesting : many of the usual suspects are here , but I am alarmed by the following omissions (and , by the way , if I knew how to post images , I surely would) :

    1. Ray Milland (actor)

    2. Anthony J. Drexel Biddle

    3. J. Gordon Douglas

    4. Fruity Metcalfe

    5. T. Markoe Robertson

    6. Toto' (Italian comedic actor)

    7. Luciano Barbera

    8. Gianni Agnelli

    9. Boni de Castellane

    10. Douglas Fairbanks, Jr.

    I could continue.
