Hello All:
I have a soft spot in my heart for small, independent mens shops from around America (and the world!). Whether it is Laszlo Vass' shoe manufactory in Budapest, to Haberdashery in Chicago, to Mister Guy in St. Louis, to Wilkes Bashford in San Francisco, I would like to make it a mission of mine to visit each one of these unique places whenever possible.
That being said, we need some criteria. I'm not sure exactly what that criteria is just yet, but I would like to initially limit the stores to small, independent stores with fewer than five locations. Online Stores are ok, too.
And we're off....
St. Louis (My home town)
Mister Guy
Woody's
Kim Kuehner
Morris Fashions
Washington, D.C. (my current town)
William Fox & Co.
Riccardi's (this place sucks and is a complete rip off)
Pittsburgh, P.A.
Larrimore's
Chicago
Haberdashery
San Francisco (there are like a million, but I expect the rest of you to fill the rest in...)
Wilkes Bashford
Unionmade
