Or anyone else who wants to chip in!
With those for whom 'Trad' is a popular way to dress, 'Trad' is a very popular way to dress indeed.
Any thoughts on why 'Trad' has taken off so well? (Not that it's huge, but it's there & it's doing business.)
Anything in the American zeitgeist at the moment that's helping it?
The Economy?
People's general sense of position in society or America's position in the world?
No right answers. No wrong answers.
Only interested because I am!
Thanks -
(The premise here is that 'Trad' is all the excellent Dopey put it forward as being on the previous 'Trad' thread. A POV which I think sums up 'Trad' very well - That these classic American clothes are strongly linked to class in the 'Trad' manifestation of the look. Ignore 'Ivy League' and Miles Davis's jackets on this one. I'm interested in why 'Trad' as we know it on the MBs has taken off the way it has.)
