(which I already posted), my favorite collection this season was from Zuchelli for CK Collection. I really like what he's done here... simple, minimal styles, nice fabrics, and some interesting details to keep it from being too boring. As well, he's now showing in NYC, after a few years of showing in Milan. Full Collection: http://men.style.com/fashion/collect...te/thumb/CKMEN A few highlights (though, I'd encourage looking at the full collection above, as there are many things going on with the looks):

Thought it looked alright, the cut's look great. Nothing spectacular though, but the jacket in the picture 2nd from the top on the left looks pretty damn cool. Any idea what the hell that is on the jacket/suit in the last 2 pictures?

Didn't Marty McFly wear that jacket in back to the future when he went forward in time?

Kunk wants that bomber in this grey, personally I think it looks better in lilac.

The material for that blue suit is interesting. Why are there no creases in the pants?

I've not seen it in person, of course, but my GUESS would be that they are using one of those Prada-esque technofabrics with a high content of polyester, nylon, and spandex to make it stretchy/shiny.

Very cool blocked jackets if a little bit impractical. Are they foam or something?

The outerwear in particular makes all of the outfits. Without it there'd be some shirts, slacks, and suits made out of nice techno-fabrics. It's a good way to add flair while still maintaining the classicism of men's sportswear.

+1. In the US at least, sadly CK as an overall brand "image" these days has become that crappy brand that you see at JC penny's and that you wouldn't want to touch with a 10 foot pole... but in the beginning, before all the crappy licenses, what you mention above was what made him so unique. I love Helmut and Jil, but CK was really doing simple, slim minimal sportswear inspired chic before any of them.

I haven't followed much either, but supposedly his women's collections the past few years have been great as well. Maybe I'll dig them up.

Yes, since 2003 or 2004, both the men's and women's have been great. His spring/summer 05 collection had some of the best use of simple color that I've seen in a long time.

Anyway, after CK himself was bought out, Zuchelli was put in for the menswear and Francisco Costa for the women's. Both are really doing a lot to get the brand image back up on top.

Well that's a good way to stay warm! Better put on some extra antiperspirant.

Ah, Francisco Costa. Wasn't he a guest judge on Project Runway?
