The question's in the thread title, but I got the sense that this was outside the scope of the question/answer thread.

I like the look of the C&J Chiltern as a suede chukka, but don't know what size I ought to aim for. I'm a 9E on the 341 last (Finsbury, Malvern, Westfield, et al.) and an 8.5F on the 236 last (Connaught et al.) I once tried on an 8.5 in the 348 last (Hallam, Westbourne, Drummond, Lowndes) but it was too small and they didn't have any larger sizes.

The fit of the 224 last is prety comparable to the 341, only not as elongated so it looks rounder. I use the same size in 224, 341, 318 and 238. Only in the slimmer D fitting 'Chukka' on the 200 last have I sized up a ½ size and I'm not really sure I had to.

The Chiltern is a great boot.
