I haven't been let down with any brown label Tatuaje before. Not too keen on the red label stuff though.

Not bad for a daily smoker at that price though...

Ugh. That's not good. I have only smoked red label 4 or 5 times, all torpedos, and have never had that problem; but that is awful. I don't blame you for being reluctant to try them again.

I am guessing they were all from the same box as they were bought online in the same order. I'll give them another shot if I come upon them in a B&M store. I knew when I picked them up they were plugged b/c they were incredibly heavy for such a small cigar. No give at all between the fingers. I tried to smoke them anyway.

When the blend is right, they are good. '02 blends are hit or miss. Construction was fine but the blending in that year was spotty.

I have a box of Partagas Shorts from 08, they little firecrackers, a tad better than the Ramon Allones SCC

Had a Coronado Hammer yesterday, was kinda disappointed, very one dimensional smoke and was medium bodied- when they are advertised to be full bodied, maybe it was a just a bad stick

This was an 08 too. This was my first Partagas short and it was quite enjoyable.

They're 06, no reason to hate me (unfotrunately).
