I am still considering purchase of a pair Church's Lamport

I really like thy style and colour, but not sure, whether Church's shoes are worht for 700 - 800 € on sale. I know, that the shoes are not that perfect, but I definitelly like the colour and overall look.

On the other hand, close examination shall bring to the light the fact, that the manufacturing is poor. I mean especially those parts where upper part of the shoes is touching sole. The quality of this part is very poor, I mean at least the look of manufacturing... .

What do you think. Are Lamports worth for this price or is it better to take e.g. Carmina?

The only Church's I brought fell apart.

And the fact that the ones pictured has a toe pointing to the stars is not a good sign.

Give them a miss.

I'd rather pay a bit more for a pair of Edward Green Chelsea

My main reason to consider the purchase was the fitting, they fitted perfectly and I liked the colour.

Also based on kind suggestion of members of the board, I purchased instead pair of Enzo Bonafé, Vass and Alden ;).

Many thanjs to help me back on the track, I knew that to purchase them was bad decision, but need confirmation and support in this regard :).
