I don't have a clue, but I can guess that photo was taken in Havana. Front porch looks exactly like the place I stayed at. Great show, too.

Yeah, but try to find boots like that (logger type boots) with a low heel. It seems impossible. Wesco makes them (custom made) but they cost $350.

To contribute further to my own thread's hijacking, I can't wait until Audioslave comes around. I imagine the new CD will come out soon?

Those heels don't look very low, but they aren't the cutaway tall logger heels either. These look pretty similar, though kind of cheap:
