Which one would you choose, price not being part of the equation?

from the ones you listed, the IWC. But if money was no object, I would get a Cartier Roadster.

Roadster is not much more $$$ than the IWC Pilot watch.

The combination of this and option 4 makes it a pretty open-ended thread...

I'd definitely go with the IWC, either a Mark XV or XVI. In fact, there's an excellent Mark XVI listed for sale on TimeZone today, and I've been trying to keep myself from buying it (no affiliation or experience with the seller).

I like Stowa a lot, but the IWC is really in a different class - both in terms of finishing and movement. Also the IWC bracelet is a work of art.

Manometro has the most personality by far. Personally not a fan of the IWC pilot watches but the portugese are nice.

I'm sure this an un-godly expensive watch, but with all that writing on it, I wouldn't wear it if it was free.

Good for you. If you happen to find one, please PM me right away and I'll take it off your hands. Any reason you hate the amount of writing? Maybe difficulties with your reading skills?

I picked the IWC Pilot. If I had another choice, it would be the VC Overseas Power Reserve in SS.
