Although I shall also add more squats and deadlifts to my regimen if that is what is recommended.

You should add squats and deadlifts and subtract the bullshit (curls, ab workouts etc.), eat more than 2500 calories per day and edit the part of your post where you talk about your metabolism in an effort to save face (and perhaps chisel it?).

lolwut, why do people here always group core workouts with bullshit like arm curls? Also, are those Jack LaLanne facial exercises fo' real? Those videos are hilarious.

You have to be born with perfect facial bone structure to have a chiseled face. Sorry, dude.

There is nothing wrong with curls and "core" workouts. They just aren't that useful for a newb like OP.

They are hilarious and they work great. Take a pic of your face on day 1 and another on day 30.

Does the Situation have a fat face?
I can't tell from the pic.

Does testosterone affect facial structure that much?

why are arm curls bad?

No, I don't think that his face is necessarily fat.

I just posted that pic to counter the OPs claim that fat is fat and it will come off inevitably. "The Situation" is obviously not carrying alot of fat, no doubt hovering below 10%, but his face does have that excess skin, flabby cheeks, puffy whatever going on and if it is losable through diet he would have lost it by now (judging from his abs).

Some guys just don't have faces that will ever diet down to this:

At 5'5'' being 125 is not bad. You're lean. I wouldn't go over 145-155. Then you start looking like a little munchkin with muscles. Too much meat on short guys doesn't look good.

what would you rather have a chiseled face or extremely drooping shoulders?

I think it's really cool how those really buff guys have those muscley droopy shoulders.
