Hi everyone,

First post here :)

Merry Christmas to those celebrating and happy holidays to the rest!

I'm looking to get my first higher end pair of boots and I've settled down on the Chippewa brand.

I've currently got a pair of the 6" tan Renegade's (plain toe) on order, but have now been considering the Homestead & Service Boot as I slightly seem to favour their aesthetic (prefer the soul).

Unfortunately, these are very hard to come by in my city so I'm unable to try them on first.

I'm hoping you guys could share your experiences/comparisons about the above boots. Which did you go with/prefer and why?

I'm on the larger side and have pretty wide and flat feet- would one be better for me than the other?

Thanks in advance, fellas!
