Chino Blazer and Dark Brown blazer (cord) what to wear?

Hey all! iJustJoined the site. Theres plenty of valuable info on here. I am about to start a new financing job. I have been shopping around lately and picked out a few things that I liked. But I just wanted to ask what do you guys think goes with a chino blazer and a dark brown blazer? Shirt, pants, shoes and ties (not sure if one should where a tie with chinos).

Sorry if this post seems very amature-ish but I think that you guys know your stuff and I want to be educated on what goes together. LOL

Thanks everyone, oh also if there are any general tips that you may have for me please let me know. Note, i already bought some stuff but I think I have a good idea what goes well with it due to you peoples help.

Are you planning on the chino and cord sportcoats for work? If so, they are probably too casual unless you are in a business casual environment.

In general, if there are no patterns on these coats you can pair almost any shirt. Grey and navy pants will go with both.
