Not sure if this is the appropriate forum for this but it would be nice to have a discussion on children's and baby clothes. I'm looking for some links to good sites within Europe selling children's clothes.

As in formal wear? Or actually baby clothes? Sean Jean sells cute 3 pieces suits and 3 piece collarshirt, vest, and flat front pants for boys. Absolutely adorable. Although he isn't European.

Thanks for your reply. I was thinking more along the lines of casual and formal wear. Blazers, cords, jeans, sweaters etc.

BB has a kids line. I thought there was a thread for this...anyway, I usually get my kids clothes at outlets or Century 21...they grow out of it so fast at this age (2 and 1) that the cheaper the better, but still want em to look cute!

Got a bunch of **** at the RL outlet yesterday for a song, like 3 shirts, and 1 sweater sorta shirt, and 1 hoody for 100 bucks total for a 2 year old boy. Nordstrom rack is always great, BB does have a line, but its damn expensive. Neimans actually has great stuff for little girls when you find it on sale, I have bought my 9 year old daughter a lot of stuff from there, also lilly pulitzer for little girls too.

I wasnt really talking about Last Call, but actual Neiman Marcus. Truth be told I don't think I have ever found anything at Last Call I liked for either child. Final Call sales at Neiman Marcus can be very cheap as well though. I did splurge once and buy my daughter some burberry rainboots at the burberry store. Generally though, for both boys and girls, I find ralph lauren outlets to be my cup of tea. Did buy the boy a wool jacket at off fifth last week though for like 50 dollars.

Bumping this thread, which never took off but could be a resource for the parents.

I am looking online for children's outerwear. Looking for boy and girl, sizes in the 5-8 range, and classic styles. My preference is for heavyweight wool and/or wool blends.

Any advice?

Best I can find so far is Rothschild (for girls) and Sterlingwear, which offers a kid pea coat. Brooks Brothers also has some options.

I pick up Tiny Tyrwhitt on EBay whenever I can - they're quality goods that you can usually get for $1-5 per piece, now. They also tend to have more colourful boys' clothing.

Orchestra (a French brand) also produces some nice stuff, which we get now and then.

We get a lot of stuff from the very frequent sales on Mini Boden and Polo. Gilt also regularly has decent children clothing at very good prices.

+1 on MB and Gilt - not that I would really know, as my better half does the ordering.

Mini Boden -- thanks for that tip. Never heard of Boden before, and the stuff looks good.
