need to fix the heel of my 2 year old vass bespoke boots. I really don't want to deal with sending them to hungary. anybody have a good person to suggest in the chicago area?

Brooks is considered the best.

Brooks does a fine job. It's funny as the whole 'mall' scene reminds me of 'pawn shop' and chitnzy (sp) jewelry store; but they do a great job.
