I like having gum after I eat. I read that it helps your tooth health by loosening food particles in your mouth and stimulates the production of saliva. I use Extra because I prefer stick gum and it is sugar free. However, I just read it has sugar alcohol which is a better substitute for sugar but a little better. What gum do you guys use?

My relations from North Carolina report that on hot summer days, the tar roads bubble up, and small wads can be chewed like gum, but without the sugar.

I like Orbit, Stride and 5. Orbit is definitely my favorite of the three for sugar-free but my favorite gum in general is Clark's Teaberry.

I regard chewing gum as a loathsome, repulsive practice, the preserve of the vulgar, the lowbrow and ill-bred. Stepping in the occasional wad of chewing gum only increases my antipathy to the horrid stuff.

If one wants to be rid of food particles, I suggest retiring to a place of privacy and flossing.

It's not that deep, bro. Just a question.

aren't most main stream gum sugar free??

Chewing too much may **** up ur jaw, especially for ppl that are prone to have TMJ problems.

I have extra or dentyne ice in my car, and i only chew in car.

I only chew gum in the privacy of my own home. I think it's bad for your image if you do it in public, even if you just chew when talking on the phone.

I like Canels gum.

The best I ever had was from a gum making kit I got when I was a kid.

I eat a bowl of popcorn at least once a day. I need the gum.

Never chew it around others, unless they ask for a piece. While walking, I'm alright with some cud crushing.

Obama is often seen chewing gum. I think it's to fight his cigarette addiction.

To chew gum, I hole up in my basement, cover the window-well with a piece of plywood, turn out the lights, and unplug the phone. I am writing this post out of view of the telescreen.

I miss Hubba Bubba chewing gum.

I can't find it here on the east coast.

Big League Chew. It would only be good for 15 seconds, but 15 seconds of sugary bliss. Chew, savor, spit out, repeat.

I had forgotten all about that stuff. It was just as you described!

Remember that weird '80s bubblegum that came in a toothpaste-style tube? Didn't taste that great but was kind of fun for novelty's sake.
