Does this mean it was made by Chester Barrie for Turnbull and Asser? How do you know the maker? Has this been worn or is it dead stock or something? Thanks.

Yes, made for T&A by Chester Barrie. All of the tags indicate this is the case and Chester Barrie is the only maker I know of that has produced anything for T&A.

It's used but not much.

Also, if you undo the cuffs there is an extra 3.5 inches of fabric in the inseam (so realistically the inseam could be lengthened by 3 inches if cuff less, 2 inches if cuffed)
