With Styleforum's high quantity of e-gentlemen I'm sure many here play chess. In light of that I think we should have a tournament. Time controls would be relatively fast (1-2 days) and we would play on either Red hot pawn or Game Knot (unless people would perfer somewhere else). Obviously chess engines would not be allowed. I personally feel we should do a round robin (if there are many people you wouldn't play everyone instead each round you'd play the person with the record closest to yours) since iin chess the weaker player often doesn't have much of a shot.
Personally I've played for just over a month and am not especially good but find the game quite fasinating. Please post any thoughts on how you feel the tournament should be run.

I like chess and would be interested in playing but online sites are rampant with accusations of people using chess programs.

That would explain my five losses.

That...or the fact that I have no strategy and lose focus quickly.
