Looks like Burberry, if you go to one of their shops you'll probably find it.

Ferry is a fan of New and Lingwood. Try their shop (not online). Barring that, try any traditional knitwear store -- they ought to have something similar.

Drakes sells lots of cashmere scarves. None are exactly like the one you reference, but some are similar.

The Drakes are better than Ferry's in that pic...looks like a tablecloth.
