Cheaper alternative to these

I really love these Band of Outsider Chelseas but can't swing $550 for them right now. Anyone know something like these with not such a hefty pricetag?

They are Common Projects, and are plain black chelseas. Not exactly difficult to find a similar thing..

yes plain black chelseas. more european style, narrower and more pointed toes.

I believe you can find RM Williams Chelsea boots for around $270 usd fairly easily. They make a great boot, I would definitely recommend them. I think there is a thread somewhere with more information on the brand, check it out.

Maybe it's just the camera angle, but they look kind of stubby to me, and the gore looks weird - square and too low. You could do much better for considerably cheaper. There are tons of threads in the MC forum about chelseas.
