Thetiebar.com have handrolled plain white cotton pocket squares (only ones I use) for 8.00$, and they also have patterns and silk versions. Can't beat it.

1000% Tie Bar is your best bet. A ton of options and they're $10 a pop. I agree with @AriG that you can't beat it, especially as a starting point until you develop more of your style preferences and figure out what you like / don't like.

Tie bar is really great but for us, Europeans, shipping cost , duties and taxes double the price.
Could you suggest any European seller? or maybe an ebay seller?
I'm talking about hand rolled pocket squares...

I can recommend you an Etsy store by the name of The Square Shop, www.etsy.com/sg-en/shop/TheSquareShop. I've personally bought a few pocket squares from them, and can confirm that the quality is top notch and the price is also very reasonable. Since the store is not based in USA, there are no extra taxes and shipping for their silk pocket squares will cost you less than 1 euro. All their silk pocket squares are hand rolled as well, and when comparing them to a few of thetiebar ones that I had previously, their pocket squares definitely come out on top!

Thank you very much for your answer paulsmith90.
It's true that the quality seems very good but the selection is small. I'd like polka, dot and check designs to start.
Anyway, probably I 'll give them a try! Thanks again

You are most welcomed abadlot! Hope you can find what you are looking for. I've actually suggested to the owner, Michael, to carry more designs, hopefully there will be new designs soon!

You want cheap, European, AND hand-rolled?

Crikey, that's not asking too much! :(

I just ask what North Americans already have.
Cheap (meaning in the range below 20€), hand-rolled (tiebar already sell hand rolled for 10$) and European seller (not manufacturer / or cheap shipping cost).

I'm tired seeking for cheap good quality pocket squares here in Europe so I managed to get my hands on some samples made for me.
These are hand rolled, 12mm silk. What's your opinion on this one? Do you like it?
Do you believe that will be attractive at a price of around 15 euros or even cheaper?

I think those are great, especially if they were selling in the 15 euro price range.
