Cheap Monday Official Question Thread

These are also of particular concern to me while in my attempt to find that perfect fit. I realize that they make the tight and regular models. Does anyone have any helpful insight onto the stretching, quality,fade, etc. of CMs?? How much should I size down in each to get a slim but not skin slim look? Thank you for any future help.

Quality: low

Fade: meh

Stretching: subtantial on the reg cut, guessing not so much on the skiny ones, but dunno

Their skinny cuts are made to be skin tight, so you'd prob need to size up; consensus seems to be size down quite a bit on the regular cut.

Go down two sizes for the regular fit. Before I put them through a hot wash, they felt more like 34s instead of the marked 32s.

Overall, I'm not too impressed with these jeans.

How's the fit? Alot of people say it is comparable to Diors.

I think the fit sucks, but then again I probably could have went down a size or two. I love the fit in the legs, but the seat and waist are just too big. It almost feels like a bootcut for ******.

Keep in mind that this is for the Alive 'N Dry regular fit, not the tight. And I'm comparing these to my Nudies, which isn't really fair. They are okay for the price I guess...

They are my first experiance with unwashed denim. Should I ditch these and opt for another pair or keep wearing? Thanks. Can post pics.

If it's been 2 months and there has been no signs of wear, then I highly doubt they are made out of raw denim. Signs of wear (especially at the knees) will start to appear in a week or two depending on how often you wear them.

If you want my honest opinion, I would say ditch the pair and invest in another pair of raw denim. Perhaps try a pair of nudies ? They are quite inexpensive for a quality pair of raws. Best of luck to ya!
