I'm looking for some jeans in the 50~ dollar price range. Now this may be a bit cheap, judging from some of the money spent on jeans here, but im just looking for a nice pair for decent amounts of cash. Currently I have 2 Lucky brand jeans I got for 40 dollars, and 1 Seven brand jeans I got for 30. I like dark washes, and I dont know if you can get raw selvage for this price, but I like that too. What can you recomend?

eBay, discount stores, or save your money and buy something good.

Uniqlo. Do a search, the only US outlets are in NJ and maybe NYC, but someone might be able to send you a pair.

Nordstrom Rack can often carry good stuff for under $50.
You could always grab a pair of Levi 501 or 517 which generally run about $46.
I've found a pair or two decent Mossimo jeans at Target for ~$25 also, but I'd rather get something at the Rack or Levi instead.

I was in Target the other day and they had super-dark, slim jeans that didn't look half bad. Couldn't have been more than $25.

eBay is your best friend. Other than that, wait for stuff to go on sale.

With $50 you can get 7 pairs of raw Rustlers from Walmart. I've been wearing mine for about a week now and they are looking pretty rad already.

I bought Helmut Lang's classic bootcut from Matt (Norcaltransplant) for $75 shipped. I say this is as good a deal as it gets.

Can we see pics? I've been thinking of going the Rustler route or Wrangler cowboy cut slims as an experiment since they're so cheap. I'm curious to see how well they fade and how quickly, too. Yesterday I found a guy on superfuture who bought some of those cheap raw wranglers and they were already fading a little after a few weeks, but the monster rise was the big complaint.

How do you like yours? I'm trying to find a way to get some... but I don't know how they size (do they shrink/stretch?)

How would you compare them to something like a 501?

Of course you don't, after all if it's not pubic hair around an orfice you'll have a really hard time relating.
