Cheap but Decent Tailors in Midtown Manhattan?

Did a search on this, but everything that came up was a few years old. Looking for some recommendations for cheap but decent tailors near midtown Manhattan (read: anywhere from 34th-49th St.'s if at all possible, garment district would be perfect) - really just to do hems on a lot of pants.
