Based on the soles and design, I believe these to be made by Cheaney & Sons, similar to "Lime" in their current line.

I am not sure as to what time period Lefcourt operated, but being sold there hopefully will give a clue as to their age. They are marked with a "10" and "C". Since they were sold on Madison Avenue, this should be US sizing. I wear a 10E or 10.5D, and these were fine in length, but tight in width.
For condition, I'll let the pictures speak mostly for themselves. There is some pen ink near the store mark and some fading of the dye in the toe area of the insoles, but no holes, tears or other issues. These are beautiful shoes and I wish they fit.
