Curious...why would you guys bid on a Charvet tie off ebay? I have yet to see a Charvet that doesn't have a snag in it. They make some of the most beautiful and most delicate ties I've ever seen but odds of getting an intact one off the 'bay seem unlikely.

An fyi if you don't know - before bidding/purchasing ask about snags in the silk as Charvet ties, while beautiful, usually have this condition.

it wast bought from edmorel so it may have been a special case.

+1. I have 4 Charvets and they are the ones most suspectible to snag. Really have to be delicate in tying and untying them.
